Petra McDougall, trail guide and instructor, has many years of riding, horsemanship and teaching experience
Jake MacLaine, backcountry and trail guide, as Neil’s youngest son, Jake grew up here and has been helping Neil since he was little
Bill Taylor, backcountry guide with MMHA since 2006, also an accomplished kayak and canoe guide. Be sure to ask him about the Penguin story!
Darin Kohlman, wrangler and ranch hand, found his love for horses a few years ago and is now inseparable from them.
Robert Larocque, wrangler and ranch hand. Fluent in French when required
Jenny Smith, trail and backcountry guide since 2005, she is the “Saint of the Ranch”
Cornelia Vogt, trail guide, wrangler and instructor, returning for her 3rd summer to Canada and hopefully not the last!

In memoriam Richard Cutfield. Sadly, Richard passed away on December 23, 2009. He suffered a serious heart attack after a cheerful Christmas wagon ride in Bragg Creek. Richard was a dear friend and outstanding guide who Neil first met during the Palliser Expedition Trail in 2001. He will be missed by all who knew him.
